Hello, I’am new to this. I have mineral rights in Live Oak county and we had it leased and the oil company did not release. I cannot find any reason other than maybe that is just off the shore of the Callihan park and they can’t reach it or the BLM will not let them dril. There is a well on the same side but it goes south away from the lake. Maybe it is all gas and they are going after more oil? I’am just trying to see if anybody has land or mineral rights in that area.
Try posting this in th applicable county or formation group. Also, it helps if you identify the state, as there is a Live Oak Co., Texas.
