All of Lot 9, save and except a 4-acre tract out of the northeast corner of Lot 9, and the N/2 of Lot 16, Section 5, Township 16-S, Range 36-E, N.M.P.M.
It’s almost time to renegotiate our lease and was wondering what is going on in this area? Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
