We have had an offer for our mineral rights. I have no idea what those are going for. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks for the response. I will have to pull my paperwork for the exact description. The land is in Karnes and Wilson County in Texas. Eagle Ford Shale. Currently there are a few wells on it but not pulling a lot of revenue. We got an unsolicited offer for the mineral rights. I have never heard of the company. And wasn’t sure if I should take them seriously. Was just looking for range of pricing in that area.

I don’t know that area, but in general, every offer I have had is just a low ball teaser or the reverse, a high offer and then they back off.
