Has anyone seen recent leasing activity in Johnson County, Wyoming? Especially with ATX? I was approached several months back but nothing materialized. Anything new there? Thanks.
ATX is in a few different areas. There are also a few companies along the Johnson/Campbell County line area. From what I’ve been seeing, people are unrealistic on leasing prices, so then the company just doesn’t lease it and instead force pools it. Navigation did that on a well in Johnson. Did they make an offer?
ATX has not been very successful with their recent drilling in the area. It will be interesting to watch and see if they can figure this area out, or whether it just isn’t workable.
