I own 1/3 of 80 acres in Hughes County. The Section is 23 Township 7 North Range 8 East of I.M. My lease is coming up this July. The original lease was in 2014. I know there are a lot of variables as far as how much the lease would go for but does anyone have any idea on how much leases are going for?
