I was recently contacted by a representative from Viper Resources, out of Oklahoma City. Apparently, I am the heir to the mineral rights on 38 acres of land in Creek County, OK. The land man said the location was the North half of the NE Quarter and I have since discovered some paperwork that describes it as N 1/2 NE 1/4, Section 11, T17N-R9E. He has offered me 250.00 an acre and 3/16. I have not seen the lease agreement yet but would like to know if I should move forward at this point. I would REALLY appreciate it if someone could speak with me on the phone. I'm sure you all are incredibly busy but I'm finding it so difficult to sift through all the info on this sight to educate myself and get answers. Is there anyone knowledgeable in this area that can answer some questions on the phone for me or at least email me directly?
