We were contacted by a Landman regarding leasing mineral rights we have in Pope County, Arkansas.
Anyone know what current rates and terms are?
The last upfront money and royalty rates I am aware of is in Section 30 Township 8 North Range 17 West in Conway County. This section adjoins Pope County. $1600 per acre and 20% royalty. This was given about 2 months ago to a friend that has an interest in Section 30.
