I am helping a friend that bought mineral rights in the early 1980’s and has never physically visited the sites. I easily found the 1st site and have the property owner info, etc. I am having problems finding the 2nd site (WM. H. PATE Survey) Would it be possible to ask for assistance locating this parcel? Any help would be appreciated. I look forward to learning and helping here as well.
Do you have the survey number?
There are two WH Pate Surveys. One has Abstract Number 648 and the other has 650. As shown on the map below, A-648 is located northeast of Palestine, very close to Highway 155. A-650 is located southeast of Palestine, close to Highway 287.
