I have mineral rights in the old Buford township which were leased years ago but are not leased now. Can anyone tell me if there is current activity there?

There are quite a few wells in that particular Township/Range. You can go to the NDIC website and click on GIS map; click on SECTION and enter your information then click on Find Section; map will come up showing these wells.
