I have 160acre tract that I have been offered 250$ per mineral acre and 1/5 royalty’s. How much money is this for me? And what can I expect in royaliltys from this area? Thanks for your help.
Welcome to the forum. You need to post the question in the state and county where your acreage is located. Prices vary vastly! In certain states, it would be highly unlikely that you would have 160 net acres due to fractionation through the generations. Bonus amounts are upfront rentals and royalties depend upon the percent that you choose and the type of well that is drilled, the volume of the product and price of the product.
