Can someone tell me what the going rate is per acre of land for oil and gas lease. And is 1/5 royalty the going rate.
Unfortunately, there is no easy way to answer this question. This is a little like what does a house cost. It depends on location, location, location.

I was not the person asking this question but I have just received a lease for Lot 13 Section 75, Block 33 in Loving County would you be able to tell me the average signing bonus for this area? This is for an Oil and Gas lease
