Mineral Rights found in deceased father’s log book, need help Part 2

Second property found:

I just received USB files of my father’s O&G log book and discovered property in Jasper County, Texas, the description is:

20.00 acres out of the John Schrier League, situated in Jasper County, Texas, Abstract No. 34, dated November 25th 1992, and recorded in volume 37, page 370, of the Deed Records of Jasper County, Texas.

Does anyone know what is going on there,? I looked on the Texas Railroad Commission GIS and I think I see active gas wells, but Texas O&G is foreign to me. Everything I’ve worked with is in Oklahoma.

If i own undivided interest should I be getting royalties from any wells located in that abstract?

When my father died, no probate work was done in Texas, and I don’t know if he did anything about it either when he inherited the royalties. What are my first steps towards finding my ownership, figuring out if the active wells apply to my minerals, and getting the minerals transferred to me?

He received funds held by the clerk, Anadarko E&P Company LP in October of 2017

Thanks for any assistance!
