Mineral rights fo me

I own the land but not the mineral rights. Every state has a mineral attorney, right? I don’t want to say too much online because I only own the land and I’ve found thousands of pounds of this Pd/Rh/Ru/Ag/Fe/In/Cd/Zn. I brought 0.07 hundredths crushed ore to a jewellery shop and they held an x-ray gun to it and it hit back as Rh .0029 / Pd .0026 / Ru .0012 / Ag .0032 / Fe .0145 / Zn .0243 / Cd .0045 / In I can’t remember exactly I’m going off the top of my head. I know 46 percent of this iron goes back into the PGMs. If I want to get mineral rights how should I go about selling it? Everybody knows just how our government works! I’m afraid they will try to take it! How can I prevent this?

This forum is for the mineral rights for oil and gas, not the other heavy minerals. You would probably have to check the natural resource code for your state.

Check the deed when you acquired the surface. See what the reservations about mineral rights said. Maybe it reserved the oil and gas and not the surface minerals. Most likely if it is in Texas you own them. Maybe.
