Can anyone tell me what a typical commission fee would be to sell mineral rights - also is it the responsibility of the buyer or seller to pay the commission? Thanks for your help.
I have seen as low as 0% and as high as 10%. Who pays the fee depends upon the company. Quite often, it is the seller.
