Anyone have knowledge of what mineral rights are selling for per acre in Block OW, Pecos County, Texas?
I take it they are open and not leased?
Anybody have any recent activity in Pecos? I have couple thousand acres in the area and would like to know which drillers are active and what rates are. Please advise,

Is it correct for an oil company to pay the bonus per acre on net acres instead of gross acres? How are net acres determined? Thanks.
