There has been new leasing near you in the last 24 months. Alvarado is planning a horizontal well about two sections to the east.
Make sure that you have your name and address properly filed at the McClain County courthouse (along with any pertinent deeds, probates, etc. that show your title). If landmen are interested, that is the place they look in order to find mineral owners.
