I own mineral rights in Section 27, 33, & 36 T7N, R11W

Anyone know of any recent leasing, buying or drilling activities in these areas?

No current leasing or new wells in those sections or OCC cases in the last 24 months, Sec 33 has a well by Sanguine Freeman 1-33. iI is still active. Since there is no activity, probably low to no sales. I did not check the courthouse for those,

Section 4, Township 6N, Range 11W.

Section 5, Township 6N, Range 10W. Section 27, Township 7N, Range 11W. Section 31, Township 7N, Range 10W. Section 33, Township 7N, Range 11W.
Section 36, Township 7N, Range 11W

I am aware of the Sanguine well as ! have been receiving minimal royalties from it.

I recently received an offer to purchase the 34nma I own in 6 sections in Caddo Co. OK. For $750/nma. 1 section of which has a producing well on it. Would you consider this reasonable? TIA,Toes

There are some emerging plays in Caddo. Most of the leasing is in 8N and to the north. But some scattering to the south, If you have not pressing need to sell, then just sit back and wait to see what happens.

I consider first offers just a beginning point.

I am considering selling my mineral interests in Caddo Co. Ok. to a company that has sent me paper work with an exhibit page listing (my known) NMA’s. but also states ( as well as any other mineral interests owned discovered in the named Sections/Townships/Ranges that may be discovered during the due diligence period. Do they need to notify me of any others discovered and pay for those also? Thanks, Toes

depends on what you’ve negotiated. To protect your $25,000 bargain, you should consider hiring an oil & gas attorney to review and revise any proposed agreement.
