Does anyone know what’s going on with Sec12 Township 1North Range 4West? Also what is the history on Newman Ranch?
Please give the state and county. That description could be in several states. What do you mean by Newman Ranch? Is a surface ranch or a well name?
The area on the map is in section 22 and the landowner at the time of the map drawing was named Newman. There was an old well drilled there in 1974 with a Newman name. The current wells on that section have nothing to do with section 12 to the northeast.
You can find the wells from section 12 in the wellrecords site on the OCC. Test. Looks like the last drilling was on 1986. Lat leasing was in 2020.
