It depends on a lot of factors, including the location of the interest, size of the interest, the nature of the interest, the royalty rate, the lease status, the production status, and whether there is recent activity. If you can at least provide the section(s) and what type and size of interest, you will get some better responses on here.
What Section(s)? There is a lot of activity in the northern part of Township 19S Range 26E and in surrounding areas with both older and newer drilling.
