There’s one rig operated by Mewbourne that’s close to your sections highlighted in teal. Most of the rigs are in Roger Mills County to the south, but your tracts look like good candidates for future drilling!

There is a new Cherokee shale play that is causing an uptick in leasing and drilling, hence buyers are showing up as well.
Mewbourne has a rig running just to the south of you with a surface location in 22-17N-25W running north into 10. They also have a rig running just to the north of you in 18N-25W with a surface location in 21 and going north into 15
