Was approached by Flatland Minerals, Dallas to purchase some minerals we own in Leon County, Texas. Anyone have any knowledge of this group? Would appreciate any positive or negative information as we are deciding if we should move forward with them. Thanks
Never heard of them. But there are alot of mineral buyers out there. So it will depend on what they are offering and the terms of their PSA
