Mineral patents have no property taxes because they are federal jurisdiction

The Dept of Justice discovered that all the counties out west started 2nd fake chains of title by illegal assessing property taxes on private mineral patented property located in federal jurisdiction and them selling the illegally to 3rd parties and continuing to charge taxes to the unknowingly 3rd party that is now trespassing on someone’s federal mineral patent. Apparently nobody has read the federal laws in the mineral patents since the gold rush 100 years ago and all the counties are admittedly running continuous criminal enterprises by continuing this activity even after the fraud was discovered and judges were removed for corruption and treason upholding the fake chains of title over the real ones with federal jurisdiction protection which is treason. The county Sheriff has zero authority in federal jurisdiction and the mineral patents are actually none of the counties business because they are federal jurisdiction nor are we required to file anything at the county. Its the largest title/mineral/ mortgage fraud ever discovered in US history with lost estates worth trillions still sitting out in the vast wilderness. Get the book “Quest of the Giant J” on Amazon to learn the truth before your history and futures are sold directly to the Russians and Chinese who have literally taken over entire counties and states and will drop in foreign troops to secure their assets under international law when the government defaults on their debt. The Chief of Title Matters for the United States said this would start a revolution and civil war in 2010 when the fraud was discovered. Thousands of mineral patents were issued during the gold rush between 1840 and 1910 worth trillions and would still belong to the unknowing next of kin living descendants today.

Sure thing. Did you write the book?

I helped discover the fraud but my cousin wrote the book.

I’m assuming you are talking about patents on non-ferrous minerals? Not hydrocarbons. Huge difference.

Mineral patents were issued after a mineral deposit / lode or placer amount was discovered, generally gold but not always.

This site is about oil & natural gas.

this site is about mineral rights and title fraud

So you think Russian & Chinese troops are going to parachute into Howard county because the tax appraiser is unjustly charging a county tax?
