I am helping an elderly friend determine exactly how many net mineral acres he owns in 25-10N-9W, Caddo county, Oklahoma. I have good starting documentation, but need a good reasonably priced landman or such who can provide some thorough research. Any local recommendations?

You may be able to track the ownership using this website for Caddo. Start there.
You may be able to find a landman at: Homepage. Suggest that you use a CPL or RPL as they have a higher training level and must abide by ethical standards. The landman does not have to be in Caddo county.
If you have a decimal interest from a royalty payment stub, know what the royalty is and the spacing of the well; you may be able to back into that number. Or if you contact the company they may be able to tell you from their records.
