Hi Everyone! This is my first day on the site. I have land in Vincent, Texas that was leased 2 years ago. All of North half (N/2) of Section 17 and South half (S/2) of Section 19 Block 25 containing 640 acres. Also all of the East 220 (E/220) acres of North half (N/2) of Section 36 Block 25 containing 220 acres. Said land containing 860 acres more or less. My sister and I each have 67.9378125 net acres with 22.5% royalty each. I am new to all of this and have a couple of questions: Does anyone know of any drilling around that area? And we noticed stakes in the ground the other day. What does this mean??? Thanks in advance for all your help!
