As someone who owns 50% of 100 acres, does anyone have advice for me? I do not know who owns the other 50% and am unsure what information I should have complied before approaching some of the O&G comapines in my area with intentions to lease for a well. I would very much like to explore the possibilities of leasing, but do not know exactly what I should do first. Any input is helpful.
