Most everything I have read on this board is about northern Culberson County, however, I just wanted to mention that lease offers around the Lobo area south of Van Horn have been floating around. Too cheap for me but at least it’s a positive sign for the area.
What company is leasing near Lobo?
Twin Resources, LLC. I haven’t been able to find out much about them as far as whether or not they are an actual oil company or just looking to resale.
