Any replies? Our minerals are in Secs. 1 and 11, Blk 44, Twps3 and T-3 T&P Survey. I'm trying to find out what's going on as we just received a lease proposal (our first sine 1944) at #350/nma and 15% bonus. Sound cheap. Any thoughts?

Lots of tire kickers, but leasing some in Crane county, They offered, $300 acre 5 year lease, and 20%, but the Bank countered, with 25% of production, no trns. cost, $500 acre, bonus, and 3 year lease. Bank says they have commitment. Im told these will be 4000 ft. wells.
