Any replies? Our minerals are in Sections 1 and 11, Block 44, Townships 3 and T-3 T&P Survey. I’m trying to find out what’s going on as we just received a lease proposal (our first since 1944) at $350/nma and 15% bonus. Sound cheap. Any thoughts?

Lots of tire kickers, but leasing some in Crane County. They offered $300 acre 5 year lease, and 20%, but the Bank countered with 25% of production, no transportation cost, $500 acre bonus, and 3 year lease. Bank says they have commitment. I’m told these will be 4000 ft. wells.
