Need your assistance or direction to guide me who can I contact to have my property evaluated for mineral lease. I live in Atascosa County, Texas & was told that my property is within the Eagle Ford shale. I appreciate your guidance.

If a landman is the answer to finding information on the going rates for minerals, leases and even sales how do you pick one. For example why Patty Ormond verses someone else??
EFS is very hot and finding landowner assistance is a road full of as many questions as answers. I am just starting as I need answers.

Contact her and ask her. Frank Alfred asked a question and I answered. Two reasons I suggested her are: Number one, she gets her paycheck from the Lessor, not the Lessee - follow the money. Number two, she knows the play, the market, and the provisions the Lessor can get included in a lease that protect the interests of the Lessor inside and out. Maybe that’s more than two reasons. LOL
