Contact her and ask her. Frank Alfred asked a question and I answered. Two reasons I suggested her are: Number one, she gets her paycheck from the Lessor, not the Lessee - follow the money. Number two, she knows the play, the market, and the provisions the Lessor can get included in a lease that protect the interests of the Lessor inside and out. Maybe that’s more than two reasons. LOL
