Am a long distance mineral rights holder in Dewey County. My lease is coming up in June. The property is located SW/4 of Section 11T19N-R16WIM. Does anyone know what is going on in that area? How much the mineral rights are going for and a good company to lease to? What area is that section called?

Devon Energy has drilled several wells in this area, many of them offset of this section. Newfield Exploration
seems to be somewhat active in this section as well. The most recent poolings show $1250/acre & 3/16ths
royalty to be the going rate. Maybe $900/ace & 1/5th royalty.
I have some associates that may be interested in taking a lease on your interest.
