I have an offer along with my 3 siblings from Red Sky Land on behalf of Ascent Energy to lease mineral rights for 4 total acres of a 98 acre tract of land in McElroy District, Tyler County. Does anyone have information on the going rate for rights in that area? Also, any way to find out who owns the rights to the other 94 acres? Any advice welcome.
