Has anyone received any lease offers from Syndicated Energy Managment on behalf of Cypress Natural Resources recently? If so, would you mind sharing what the offer was?

I have already received an offer and I am going to put in a counteroffer tooay.
They didn’t take my counter. But I agreed to their original deal which they said they were offering to everyone. At least I got 3 choices 
Most would prefer the highest royalty option as it will likely exist for years and usually pays out more in royalties on the well(s), versus a one time higher bonus payment at a lower royalty.

Let me add to what Ms. Barnes said, about three years ago, I helped a family negotiate a lease with an oil company, the other branch decided to lease it themselves. Years later- the land was put into a unit- producing. Now here is the part you really need to read, even though my client had 1/2 the mineral amount of her family. We negotiated a higher royalty, shorter term, and cost free royalty. Now that production is established- my client receives just about the same as her family with half the amount of minerals. #neversignthefirstdeal
