My wife got a lease offer for block 19, lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in the SE/4 NE/4 NW/4 of Section 5-17N-7E in the amount of $100 per net mineral acre and 1/8 royalty and a 3 year term. Can someone please help me on these details and if it sounds like a good deal or not? Thanks in advance.
