Anyone else getting queries about Section 14, Township 22 South, Range 37 East, Lea County?
I have a lease in the N/2 of that section with some small active wells but have not had any queries on that specifically. I have had a few calls that I have not returned interested in purchasing Lea County mineral interests, but their message did not specify Sec Township or Range. If you don’t mind me asking what company or companies are contacting you.
I would rather not at this time. Sorry. Their landman seemed a little dodgy asking for certain legal documents, which the ones they need are in Lea County clerks office. They have not reached out since I spoke with their landman asking for more information.
