I’m trying to help my mom with some inherited interests in McClain County - W/2 of SE/4 and SE/4 of SE/4 of Sec. 27 - T8N - R3W. A PUN search turned up a Goldsby Farms 1HR-34-27 and I believe the general legal description shows all of Q1 in Sec. 27. The horizontal lease information show the NW quarter of Quarter 1 so does that mean her mineral interests are not part of the well? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
@Gigi1971, I think that in this case the All Q1 refers to all of Section 27. All of Section 27 and All of Section 34 are included for the Goldsby Farms 1HR-34-27.
