My husband and I have minerals leased to XTO in Carter County, SW/4, SW/4, Sec. 6, T5S, R3E. There has been no activity to date, and our three year lease is about up. Would anyone know if this is an active area, and if we should expect interest from XTO or others in releasing, and at what rate? We are 100+ miles away and not very informed about such things. Any thoughts anyone would want to pass along would be greatly appreciated!
