Be careful of my advice here, as it is just based on one person’s experience. Think that in your mind, you want to refine your question just a bit. What you are looking for is a Para-Legal that knows the Grady County Court House backwards and forwards. Our family has mineral acres in four counties west of Oklahoma City including Grady County. We have used the Bass Law Firm in El Reno, Oklahoma since 1950 to assist me when necessary to manage these acres. Bass Law has a Paralegal that grew up just some miles from Chichasha (The county Seat of Grady County) and she knows smf has been in all those many county court houses hundreds of times. Call Andy Bass at Bass Law in El Reno (they have six attorneys in the office) and explain your situation. She can find a needle in a hay stack in that court house, in short order. Considering that you’re talking about a potential lawsuit and not checking the records, User162’s advice is dangerous. But, if you need to have surgery, why use a surgeon, just find a nurse who has been to the hospital a number of times.
