I’m new to this I have been offered $6,000 per acre for minerals under a 3/16" lease in this section. Can anybody advise me if this is a good offer.

Your section is not far from a couple of wells flowing well over 1,000 barrels of oil per day after 60 plus days… That offer seems real low to me.

That offer is too low. Catty corner to you in 2-9N-5W was at least $6700 last year.
