I am considering selling my mineral interest in a Chevron lease - Ft. Stockton Gas Unit No. 1 FSIL Well #42-371-11216(1), Block 1, North part Section 9, South part Section 10 and 10-acre portion Section 15. Does anyone know if there are any future prospects for this lease? I was getting monthly royalty checks, now I’m getting quarterly, and going by my last check I’m thinking my royalty payments may soon be coming once a year.
