Mineral Interest in Gaines County

Hello, We have inherited a percentage of mineral rights in Gaines County in Section 9, and Section 8 in Block C-43.

Does anyone else have an interest near ours, and had any success in getting it leased in the recent past?

I can’t speak to leasing activity in the area, but looking at the Railroad Commission map, I don’t see any new permits on either Section 8 or Section 9 or any section in the immediate area.
