Mineral Interest Glasscock County-clark 43

Im new to this site so please bear with me! I was recently contacted with an offer to purchase my mineral and royalty interest in the Clark "43" B Unit, in Glasscock County. I presently receive some income from Endeavor from this property. I have tried to locate said property to see if something is in the works. I own a very small percentage and the offer is considerably higher than I would have expected. Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Tough decision when I lack the knowledge and facts.

Thanks,

Shawn

Shawn,

Those minerals are in a good area. I looked up your royalty interest, and even though it seems like it may be small, it is actually rather sizable and worth a lot of money. Once horizontal development occurs in that area, you can expect the production volume to be 300x-400x what that vertical well is currently doing.

You may want to consider reaching out to one of the forum sponsors to see if they can give you some insight on what properties are going for in that area. http://marketplace.mineralrightsforum.com/ad-category/minerals-management-consultants/

Below is a map of your property. You can see the horizontal wells to the east and southeast of you.

Oh thank you so much! Of course now I have some real soul searching to do! I will reach out to the forum sponsors and see if I can get more info! So glad i stumbled on this site and joined! Your information has been so very helpful! Ive never sold any mineral rights, having inherited them from my mom and grandmother. Kind of hat to see mineral rights and interest on a well. Again thanks!
