We have minerals in sections 8-17 21n-10w. We recently had a company reach out to purchase and an order has been filed by Axia for Horizontal and Spacing Units. We would like to get these leased but have not been approached yet. Any ideas who is leasing for Axia (or in the area). I did try to contact Axia but no one called back.
Bloomqk:
I have mineral rights in Major County. The developer is Sandridge Corp. Also have rights on another plot developed by Staghorn. Royalties on the 20 acres through Sandpoint have fallen in the past three years but have stabilized. Staghorn rights are almost stagnant (no pun intended). Don’t know if either of these is interest in leasing. I have no knowledge about Axia, but the other two companies are or have been active in Major County. Out in the area around Cheyenne Wells, I believe.

Mach has a rig onsite in sec 20. They also have a horizontal just to the west in 6/7. Axia has permit for Mollie 4H with bottom hole in sec. 18 just SW to section 8. Are you getting paid on the RMU (Bierig #1) R-11 well in 8 or Bierig E -1 in 17? Mach has that section 8 & 17 as part of a shallow waterflood, field so you might already be held.
