Can anyone tell me if my deceased father Corey Newbrough has any ownership in SEC 29-TSN, BLK 36, T&P SURVEY Dawson Co?
Without digging too deep it looks like it. He signed a lease with RK Petroleum (OPR 579/597) covering the NW/4 Sec. 29, Blk. 35, T-5-N effective 2-1-2007.
There is also a Warranty Deed from his estate to Kirk and Becky Tidwell (OPR 783/285) dated 2-2-2016 conveying the same lands but all mineral rights are specifically reserved. I am not immediately seeing a subsequent mineral deed conveying the mineral rights- of course I could be missing something and it would be worthwhile to hire someone to confirm.
