Have recently been getting communications from Community Minerals in Houston re mineral rights in Carter County OK: S19 T4S R1W SE NW. Is there new activity there (Continental?) or is this just new business solicitation? I’ve heard nothing from any where else. There are no new filings for this section in Carter County. Most likely a solicitation!
I get about one or more offers from them a month. They buy minerals. Nothing going on in that area at this time.
