Do Mineral Appraisal rolls exist in ND, much like the CAD annual appraisals in TX? If so, do they tie to existing regulatory lease ids, for producing oil and gas leases/units? I have found Agriculture property tax appraisals, and I'm wondering if mineral appraisals are lumped into that category as well. Thank you!
