Hello, I have 20 net mineral acres at Township 5 North, Range 61West, 6th p.m. Section 24: SW/4 and Section 25: NW/4. I am getting offers for these. What is the map whereby I can evaluate these and what drilling is going on there ? It is leased to EOG with a 3/16 royalty last I saw (originally leased to Lone Tree in January 2012 for 5 years). Anybody have any idea what these would be worth ? Conflicting opinions ! Sorry if this is redundant to info posted here. Thanks !

It is a bit hard to interpret in terms of actually evaluating offers. How can I tell if EOG should be giving me royalties yet ?

You can double click on the well (red dot) and see if they are producing. Their should be a notice before the money starts flowing showing your calculation of the production. I believe it is called a division order?
