Just received a offer from diamond landman. Does anybody have experience with this firm?

I recommend you only deal with them by mail or e-mail so you have a record of everything said and since you are out of state just to keep funny business to a minimum file a statement of claim if you don't have one or an expired lease with your current contact info. Diamond claimed they couldn't find my brother or I after dealing with us for 8 months and set up a trust for us that they could lease from for a lowball price. Glad I kept everything for the lawyer.
I would not do any business at all with these creeps. Tell them to take a hike.
