Just received an offer from Diamond Landman. Does anybody have experience with this firm?
Yes I have. I recommend you only deal with them by mail or e-mail so you have a record of everything said and since you are out of state just to keep funny business to a minimum file a statement of claim if you don’t have one or an expired lease with your current contact info. Diamond claimed they couldn’t find my brother or me after dealing with us for 8 months and set up a trust for us that they could lease from for a lowball price. Glad I kept everything for the lawyer.
I would not do any business at all with these creeps. Tell them to take a hike.
