Does anyone know why (other than the price of oil & gas) the revenues in Midland County have decreased so much? Is there something else…drilling, maybe? My taxes are going up and my revenues are down…by quite a bit.

I do not have minerals in Midland County, but I suspect the lack of pipeline capacity and the flaring of gas instead of selling it is the biggest reason according to publications I watch. Folks in the know may have more specific knowledge.
I was told… The STO 11 wells were shut in for the six well frac on the tract to the west. The wells will be watered out for a period of time but should resume production in a few months. This was back in April and it seems to still be about the same. I seem to be getting a lot of offers lately but have not really looked into it.
