I’m a semi-retired transactional oil & gas attorney and CPA in Lakeway who owns undivided mineral interests and non-JOA HBP working interests in Ector, Crane, Upton & Midland counties, both non-consenting cotenant (NCCT) interests in several Diamondback wells. Have recently sued Diamondback in Upton Co. 112th District Court for revenue deficiencies of ~$75K for the APO NCCT interests. Can anyone recommend a smart & aggressive attorney within an hour or so from Rankin to assist me with the proper litigation procedures in this relatively small $$amount case? Mainly someone to review my pleadings, make recommendations re procedural issues and probably join me at any hearings. I’m a fish out of water in the courtroom. MSJ hearing not set yet, but likely will be 9/1/26 in Rankin.
