Mewbourne oil and phillips 66 line problem

I received a letter from Mewbourne oil on July 22 2025 stating that Phillips 66 has gathering line problems it is unable to take the casinghead gas produced from wells until repairs are made to the line. Because this problem was unforeseeable, we hereby invoke paragraph 9 of lease (which I read and understand) which extends lease so long as we are prevented from producing oil and gas. We will work with Phillips 66 to restore production as soon is reasonably possible. This is Section 13 19s 25e and sec 24 19s 25e. Mewbourne sent the 65 wells affected / I have interest in 9 of these. Does anyone know how long this reasonably is?

After they’ve invested so much in drilling, they seem to get wells back in production pretty quickly. I’ve found them easy to work with. Have you?

Robin, would just be guessing. Wyatt Draw wells don’t make much, they may end up not being much of a priority. I’d call Mewbourne and ask.

I received a check on 02/22/2026. I guess that they fixed the problem. Thanks for your input.
