Don’t be too quick to think about selling. You need to find out if you have royalties in suspense, active wells, future pending wells, etc. Once you know what you have and what it is worth, then you may change your mind or have better bargaining power to get a higher price if you do want to sell. You have a well drilling right now, so that might be very important to know.
